You listened to our desires for our anniversary celebration vacation and took care of all of the arrangements for itinerary, activities, and accommodations just as we had asked. As I had said to you in the beginning, we usually plan all of our vacations ourselves to avoid nasty surprises or disappointment. Your company is an example of how it can be done the right way. Very personalized from the planning stages to the moment of arrival and throughout the whole vacation! We especially appreciated being able to contact Felipe locally and immediately (on a weekend!) when we had a little glitch.
